In 1989 Waiter's Choice Catering was founded by three partners. Two brothers, Jim and Bill Barnes, along with their cousin, David Barnes. 

Waiter's Choice was originally created to be a delivery service for local restaurants. After the first couple of years, Waiter's Choice found it's niche in the catering industry.

As of 1994, Waiter's Choice no longer delivered for other restaurants but created all menus and recipes from our own kitchen.

In 1998, Waiter's Choice moved into a facility which enables us to cater to the entire Charlotte/Mecklenburg area. 
 
In 2008, Waiter's Choice out grew it Wilkinson Blvd location.  In doing so Waiter's Choice relocated to a 10,000 square foot facility on Arrowridge Blvd.  The new facility has a 5,000 sq ft of kitchen space and the other 5,000 being meeting and office space.  Waiter's Choice is excited that they can continue to service the North & South Carolina areas.
