Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: For Corporate and Casual orders, Waiter's Choice only needs a 2-day advance notice. If you are planning a Formal Catering, it would be best to have a least 2 weeks or more. |

Q: Do you deliver to Gaston County? Are there additional charges for that?
A: Yes we do deliver to Gaston County, Depending on the size of the order and time of day, there could be an additional delivery charge. |
Catering Set-Up

Q: How much space do I need to provide for the catering?
A: Generally speaking, hot buffets require more room than a box-type meal. You would also need to consider how many guests will be at your event. Typically, 8 feet of table space is needed to handle up to 20 people. |
Payment

Q: I just placed an order and want to pay by company VISA credit card. Where and how do I go about paying?
A: Our Customer Service will contact you after every order placed and will go over payment options. If you decide to pay by VISA, your caterer will bring the slip for you to sign to your event. If you are unavailable, we can get authorization over the phone. |
Q: How much tips should waiter get?
A: Our caterers are paid through our service fees. It is not necessary to tip our caterers. |
