Homestyle Entrees are served with your choice of two side & rolls.
		Marinated or BBQ Sirloin Tips with Peppers & Onions Beef tips are seasoned in Italian marinade and cooked with peppers & onions. Served with white rice.
		Roast Beef Au Jus Slow-cooked inside round of beef served with garlic au jus.
		Grilled Sirloin Steak with Sherry-Mushroom Sauce Sliced marinated sirloin served with a demi-glaze made with field mushrooms and Port Sherry.
		Mesquite Beef Brisket Dry rubbed with our special seasoning and then slow-cooked for 5 hours so it's tender and flavorful.
		Baked Ham Sliced pit-cooked ham baked with a honey or pineapple glaze to enhance sweet flavor.
		Marinated Pork Loin Marinated with soy sauce, Worcestershire, sage, thyme, marjoram & ginger and baked. Served sliced.
		Pecan Encrested Pork Loin Mustard and brown sugar encrusted and baked. Finished with chppped pecans. Served with apple stuffing.

		Chicken in White Wine Sauce Grilled marinated chicken breast in white wine sauce prepared with sauteed onions and mushrooms.
		Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breat Stuffed with Spinach and Artichoke herb stuffing with a light garlic cream sauce.
		Pecan Encrused Chicken Breast Hand Dipped in pecan seasoned flour, then lightly sauteed and finished in the over. Enjoy with a brown sugar cream sauce on the side.
